Our annual budget meeting will be held on Jan 15, 2016 at 10a.
Here is a link to a limited proxy ballot that needs your immediate attention regarding the proposed 2016 budget. Even if you have already submitted a limited proxy, it is imperative for you to complete the enclosed limited proxy as the information contained within the limited proxy has changed and the previously-submitted proxies will not be counted.
As the proposed budget has not yet been passed, the Jan 2016 maintenance fee will remain the same as what you paid in December 2015: $348 (for 1 BR units), $338 (for Deluxe Studios) and $325 (for Studio apartments).
However, the proposed maintenance fees for 2016 are substantially LOWER than 2015. This is due to two unprecedented events:
- A substantial reduction and rebate in our flood insurance premium
- A rebate the building will be receiving from the company that provides our washer & dryer services.

The previously scheduled budget meeting on Dec 21 was cancelled given modifications we made to the proposed budget and to the limited proxy. On our lawyer’s recommendation, we have adjusted the budget, rewritten the ballot and rescheduled the meeting for Jan 15, 2016. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
