All water will be shut off at The Presidential for 2-3 days during the week of Feb 9 to repair leaky pipes in the parking lot. The water will be shut off Mon-Tue, Feb 9-10 from 10a-4p.

Presidential Election: T-10 Days and Counting
All ballots for the 2015 for the Presidential Board of Directors election must be received by Feb 12, 2015 at 8p.
In 2014, only about half of the unit owners cast a vote in the annual election. If you haven’t mailed it your ballot yet for this year, but do so as soon as possible.
