All ballots for the 2015 for the Presidential Board of Directors election must be received by Feb 12, 2015 at 8p.
In 2014, only about half of the unit owners cast a vote in the annual election. If you haven’t mailed it your ballot yet for this year, but do so as soon as possible.

If you have a parking spot at The Presidential, 2015 brings a new way to open and close the gates to the parking lot. A passive “parking FOB” tag will open and close the gates to the parking area — without having to click any buttons.
Starting January 1, 2015, the Presidential will be offering handyman services through our maintenance department .
All requests for services will go through the office and will be scheduled with our staff. Direct requests to the staff will no longer be accepted.
