Feb 13, 2015 — Six out of seven incumbent members of the Presidential Board of Directors were re-elected last night. Miguel Remon, who previously served on the board as a member and as its president, was elected to the board of directors replacing Nyxlie Machado, who chose not to run this year.
The returning board members are Ted April, Maria Farmiga, Roberto Gomez, Joe Iacono, Pat McMahon and Dave Zornow.
A total of 875 votes where cast this year, about two percent fewer than the total 2014 vote count. The “voter turnout,” the number of unit owners that cast a valid ballot, was 58% (139 ballots counted). In 2014, 61% of unit owners voted in the annual election.

The new board will meet in two weeks to select officers for 2015.
