Under Florida State Law, unit owners must vote every year whether to have or to have Reserves. If you have not already received a proxy ballot for this vote, you can obtain one from the Main Office or you can download one from here.

These particular Reserves must stay in a Reserve Account to pay the following: 

• PAINTING OF THE BUILDING
• NEW ROOF
• PAVING THE PARKING LOT

If you vote for Reserves, the maintenance will increase to cover the cost of Reserves (Attached see the Budget Without and With Reserves)

PLEASE NOTE: If you vote for NO RESERVES your monthly maintenance will be:

• One Bedroom: $346
• Deluxe Studio $336
• Studio: $323

If you vote for RESERVES your monthly maintenance will be:

• One Bedroom: $365
• Deluxe Studio $355
• Studio: $341
