Special scaffolding required for an apartment balcony construction project on the north side of the Presidential’s parking lot will temporarily remove about a half dozen parking spaces beginning on April 8.

During the period of construction, you may park in any space in the parking lot.
The Main Office will be issuing special parking passes to make sure that cars that don’t belong in our lot don’t park in our lot.

If someone parks in your assigned spot between April 8 and April 30, DO NOT call the towing company – they have been told not to come. However, if you see cars that don’t have a parking pass parking that have parked in our lot, please call the office and they will contact the towing company.
