On Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017, a duly scheduled legal meeting of the Board of Directors was held to consider and adapt the latest fiscal budget. Votes for a budget with “No Reserves”, 19; Votes for a budget with reserves 54.

Based on the number of votes received, the Board of Directors accepted the votes and voted for a 2018 fiscal year budget with reserves. The new 218 monthly maintenance fees are effective Jan. 1, 2018. The new few is the same as the fee for 2017 with no increase: $372 for one-bedroom units; $362 for deluxe studio units; and $349 for studio units. The new 2018 monthly maintenance fees are effective Jan. 1, 2018. Please remember that maintenance payments are due the 1st. of each month and a late payment of $25 will be assessed for any unit that fails to pay its monthly maintenance fees by the 10th. of each month.
