FIRST NOTICE OF ELECTION

Notice is hereby given that the election to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors and Trustees of THE PRESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. will be held at 8:00 pm. on February 11, 2016 in the Card Room located at 401 OCEAN DRIVE MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA 33139.

Any unit owner desiring to be a candidate for the Board of Directors or Trustees shall give written notice to the Secretary of the Association of such person’s candidacy on or before December 31, 2015 (not less that 40 days before the election).

The Presidential Condo Association bylaws states that “[Board Trustees] shall have the right to examine all books and record of the association at any reasonable time they deem necessary.” Trustees do not get to vote as part of the association’s Board of Directors. Trustees serve for three years. The term of Board Members is one year.
