Notice Of Special Meeting Of The Board Of Directors Of Presidential Condominium Owners Association, Inc. (“Association”)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the Association’s By-Laws, Section 718.112(2)(j), Florida Statutes and Rule 61B-81.003, Florida Administrative Code, that a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Association will be held on Monday, September 21, 2015 at 12:00 p.m., Association’s Card Room located on the 2nd Floor of 401 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, Florida 33139.

The Board of Directors will consider and vote on the written recall ballots for recall received by the Association on Monday, September 14, 2015, in addition to any other business which may lawfully be conducted at such meeting in accordance with the Agenda provided below.

1. Call to Order.
2. 2. Establishment of a quorum of Directors.
3. Appointment of Chairperson
4. Consideration and vote to accept or reject the written recall ballots received by the Association on September 14, 2015, pursuant to Section 718.112(2)(j), Florida Statutes and Rule 61B-81.003, Florida Administrative Code.
5. Adjournment.
