NOTICE OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT MEETING

There will be a board of directors meeting at which a Special Assessment will be considered. The meeting will take place on Aug 1, 2015 at 3p in the card room on the 2nd FL of The Presidential.

The items on the agenda for this meeting are:

• Pool motor
• Budget shortfall
• railings
• plumbing
• washer/dryers
• engineer services (pool calculation, piping laundry room, architectural plans)
• Outsourcing services
