There will be a meeting of the Presidential Condominium Association’s Board of Directors on Sat Aug 1, 2015, at 2p in the Card Room of 401 Ocean Drive.  Following the 2p meeting, there will be a Special Assessment meeting at 3p.

The 2p meeting will have the identical agenda to a meeting that was held on July 28. This meeting, which included topics such as a discussion to engage an administrative consultant with expertise in managing large condominium associations, was protested by Board Treasurer Joe Iacono because he was not personally served a notice as to the timing of the meeting. Since Mr. Iacono’s protest was not received until the day of the meeting, the board decided to hold the meeting as scheduled for the convenience of our unit owners, but to call a second meeting with the same agenda making sure Mr. Iacono had been served an official notice of this important meeting.

We look forward to seeing you at this meeting. We will also be sending out new-and-improved dial-in instructions so that unit owners who cannot attend these meetings will be able to participate.
