All water will be shut off at The Presidential for 2-3 days during the week of Feb 9 to repair leaky pipes in the parking lot. The water will be shut off Mon-Tue, Feb 9-10 from 10a-4p.

Please turn off your air conditioner during this time as these units require running water to operate.

It’s possible that this work *may* extend through Wed, however, our contractor is hopeful that he can fix the leaky pipes by 4p Tues.

If you aren’t in the building and can’t turn off your air conditioner, please contact the Main Office at info@presidentialsouthbeach.com or (305) 673-4965 to have your A/C turned off while this work is in progress.
