2015 Board Ballots Are On the Way

PresidentialBallotEnvelopeBallots for this year’s election were mailed to each unit owner on  Jan 22 2015. You should be receiving them shortly. If you don’t get your ballot by the end of this week (Fri Jan 30), please contact the Main Office at info@PresidentialSouthBeach.com or (305) 673-4965.

Twelve candidates are running for seven spots in this year’s election. If you plan to vote by mail,

  • You can vote for up to seven candidates. If you vote for more than seven, your ballot will be voided.
  • Place the folded ballot in the small envelope marked BALLOT ENVELOPE. Be sure to seal this envelope!
  • Put the BALLOT ENVELOPE inside the larger envelope addressed to “Nan Green.” 
  • Write your Unit Number on the outside envelope and seal, sign and date the outer envelope
  • After putting a stamp on the envelope, please put it in the mail As Soon As Possible. All ballots must be received by Feb 12 2015 at 8p.

If you prefer, you can also cast your vote in person at the annual meeting on Thursday Feb 12, 2015.

This is the third consecutive year when Nan Green will serve as a special election monitor for our election. She has set up a special Post Office Box to receive each ballot and will be supervising the vote count at the Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors on Feb 12 when the ballots will be tallied.
