Unit owners have voted to approve new maintenance fees without reserves.   On Nov 22, the board voted to approve a one-time-only special assessment for repairing leaky pipes and installation of building exit lights. 

The special asessment, due by January 10, 2015 is $49 for one bedroom units, $47 for Deluxe Studios and $45 for Studio units.

The budget vote to approve the 2015 maintenance fee was 138 (no reserves)  to 13 (with reserves). The new monthly maintenance charges, effective Jan 1 2015 will be:

• One Bedroom: $348
• Deluxe Studio: $338
• Studio: 325
